The property (4000 square metres) comprises motel units and a separate Owner-Manager house. The motel units are constructed on concrete floors with plaster cladding, an iron roof and painted plasterboard interior walls. There is a Laundry building with storage space, a staff toilet, and kitchen facilities for staff.

The Owner-Manager house was built in the early 1970’s and comprises a very spacious and warm brick house with sun and views of the Otago Harbour from all of the main rooms. There is a large separate kitchen, which goes through to a large living area. There are two large double bedrooms and a good-sized bathroom. The house is quite private from the motel. The office is part of the house but does not encroach on your privacy.
