Operating a holiday letting pool of apartments with guest tour desk provides guests of Beachside Court with a professional and effecient level of services. The apartments are NOT serviced daily but at the end of each guest's stay. All the linen is supplied by us and therefore outsourced for laundering. The cleaning, general repairs and maintenance of each apartment are serviced by us and of course part of letting agreements with each owner of each apartment.
Our fees for such services are set according. The commisssion rate for holiday letting is 12 % of the gross rental. We operate our business with a AAA Tourism rating of 3 1/2 stars and we have developed a culture amongst the Body Corporate of maintaining their investment to our level.
