Diversified business mix with appeal to all ages 1. Pay for Play Playland Children pay an admission fee to enter the playland with its specialised play equipment. The playland consists of: - A separate under-3 area with bouncers and soft toys, swings and a play kitchen.
- A separate under-5 ride-on area with a selection of pedal and push-power ride-on toys.
- Playland with a maze of corridors, tubes, inflatable slides, flying foxes, ball blasters, ball pools and lots more fun things to play with. The playland area also has two PlayStation machines. There are several coin-operated spacies and kiddie rides that are privately owned and are provided on a 50:50 share basis.

2. Birthday Parties Chipmunks Rotorua has three party rooms and offers four different Birthday Party deals that range in price and services. Birthday Parties have a minimum of 8 children per party, special Chipmunks invitations, party food in a box (hot food, lolly party pack, and soft drink) and unlimited play. The birthday child receives a present and a special visit from Charlie the Chipmunk to sing happy birthday.

3. Interactive Education programmes for children 5-12 years old Drop off Service
Parents can leave children under supervision for up to 3 hours (longer times by arrangement). This is a popular service for busy parents, especially during school holidays. After School Care

The Holiday Programme is especially popular. It provides a diverse itinerary, trips away, big screen movies, swimming, arts and crafts, and lots more exciting things to see and do. All OSCAR programs cater for 5-15 year-old children and are WINZ subsidised for qualifying low and middle income families.

4. Charlies Café
The Café provides a place where parents can relax and enjoy coffee or juice while their children play. The Café provides a variety of food and beverages and there is seating for up to 80 people. Chipmunks Franchise The first Chipmunks playground was established in Christchurch in 1996. The Franchise has rapidly grown with centres operating throughout New Zealand and now in Australia. The Franchise owner proposes to build 9 new centres in Indonesia.
