Patisserie & Cafe Business For Sale
Orewa, Hibiscus Coast, New Zealand

One taste is all it takes
Croissants are the best-known type of French pastry in the world.
They are made by layering yeast dough with butter and then rolling and folding a few times in succession. Croissants are usually sold by Patisseries without a filling and are eaten without added butter, but sometimes they are filled with ham and cheese or topped with a sweet mixture that may include chocolate, cheese, or almonds.
Residents on the Hibiscus Coast north of Auckland are fortunate to have their very own Patisserie, the Le Croissant Patisserie & Café in the Orewa Shopping Centre. This boutique Patisserie and Café bakes and serves the most delicious croissants.
Le Croissant Patisserie & Café is also known for its scrumptious home cooking, delectable snacks and mouth-watering lunches. Everything is made on-site using only the freshest of ingredients and all meals are served with a selection of great coffees and teas. As the slogan says, “One taste is all it takes”.

Warm and inviting Cafe seating area at the front of the Patisserie
Le Croissant Patisserie & Café opened in 2003 as a home bakery with a front seating area where customers could relax and enjoy their croissants and coffee. Since then, the business has gone from strength to strength, being rewarded with a large customer following and the winning of the Orewa Beach Customer Service and Excellence Award.
After 4 busy years, the owner of Le Croissant Patisserie & Café wishes to retire from business life and she has put her successful business on to the market. It would ideally suit a person with and interest in home baking who wants an established business in one of Auckland’s fastest-growing and most affluent outer suburbs.
