Freehold Motel Business For Sale
Kaikoura, New Zealand

Location, location, location ...
Eco tourism in Kaikoura is a major commercial success, particularly whale watching.
Kaikoura, on the East Coast of the South Island, is a special place where a deep undersea canyon combines with unusual sea currents to attract an extraordinary abundance of marine life, the most famous being sperm whales.
Kaikoura lies within the Southern Hemisphere Whale Sanctuary and other species of whale can be seen off the coast including Orca and Pilot Whales. Dusky Dolphins and New Zealand Fur Seals are also present all around the Kaikoura coastline and seabirds are also abundant.
Over one million visitors come to Kaikoura each year to see and swim with Kaikoura’s marine life. Kaikoura is also part of the popular Alpine Pacific Triangle, a touring route which links it with the Hurunui District in North Canterbury.
Blue Seas Motel is a popular Kaikoura accommodation business that is well away from the noise of the main traffic route. Situated in a sunny and sheltered location on the north side of the Peninsula, Blue Seas Motel is only 30 metres from the beach. This unique location offers spectacular sea views from most units and great sunrises and sunsets.
