The kennels and cattery were purpose-built to European standards.

Services include electric lighting and power, with water coming from a bore on the property. A waste water system is in place with storm water diverter.

Petstay kennels and cattery
The central area of the main building houses a concrete block bathroom, grooming area, store and workshop. A solid timber door leads to the kennels and double doors lead to the kennel runs. There is ample room to expand the number of kennels.
The adjoining cattery (145 square metres) is constructed of vertical profile galvanized walls and a gable roof with battened fibre-cement gable and concrete floor. Walls and ceilings are lined with wallboards. The cattery has 6 large communal cat pens and numerous cages. The cattery incudes and office. The size of the cattery could be easily increased.
