The accommodation units comprise: Self Contained Units are in two separate buildings - one building has three Units (including one that is fitted-out as an Access Unit) and the other building has two Units. All units are built of low maintenance materials and have a verandah and a deck with outdoor furniture.  Low-maintenance Unit with self-contained kitchen Self Contained Units have bench top hot plates (2 units have a stove with oven), microwave oven, refrigerator (2 units with a fridge freezer), toaster, cutlery, crockery, tables and chairs.
