This second self-contained unit sleeps 2 people, with an optional portable bed for an additional person. It has a kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, open flame gas fireplace, and afternoon sun.
Matching Octagonal Gazebo
A large gazebo with timber decking and a tropical palm setting is adjacent to the Summerhouse. It is equipped with an 8-seater Superior Ozone Supplied Spa that is popular with all guests.

Helensville
The owners of Kaipara house also have a lifestyle block nearby that overlooks the Kaipara Harbour - ideal for people who would like to do a farm walk and see Arab horses, cattle, calves and exotic Arapawa sheep. Visits to the farm and horse riding is available at extra cost and by special arrangement.
Helensville is a historic river and timber town at the southern reaches of the Kaipara Harbour. The town with its fine old buildings and kauri cottages and villas is a 40 minute drive north of downtown Auckland. Helensville has a good selection of shops, cafes, and restaurants as well as a relaxed lifestyle.
There is much to see and do in the area including forest walks, garden visits, harbour river cruises, golfing, museums, beaches, fishing and horse riding. There are also a number of vineyards surrounding Helensville that make for a pleasant day of wine tasting.
