All units are self contained, air conditioned, wired for high speed internet, SKY TV, DVD. The motel has been fully renovated and presents as new.
The owners residence is a four bedroom two bathroom executive residence. This also has been tastefully renovated with new bathrooms, window treatments and extended kitchen area. The owners residence is air conditioned, with separate SKY connection & high speed internet.
The configuration of the owners residence is such that it allows for future expansion of the units at the motel to 8, by the conversion of existing bedroom into a studio and one bedroom unit.
Staff
The motel is easily run by a husband and wife team. The current owners have not engaged the services of outside cleaning staff as they have not found it necessary.

The motel office is open daily from 8.00am to 8.00pm
