Products / Services
New Zealanders are becoming much more health-conscious, and are choosing freshly squeezed JUICE over other preserved alternatives. Pure juices, blends of juices, smoothies, fresh fruit salad, and many other natural foods can be sold from this mobile bar. Containers are 100% biodegradable, promoting a healthy awareness of our environment. With this ideal product and a professional presentation, this business is a little winner.
The trailer is custom-made and designed for maximum efficiency of operation. It is built on a galvanised chassis with a stainless steel frame; all to quality specifications. It has a double axle for stability and is fitted with a hydraulic brake system. Two water tanks hold 40 litres each. A commercial citrus squeezer on board produces up to 2 litres of orange juice per minute with no messy cutting involved. Combination juice blends are mixed and displayed in 4 blenders positioned at the front, so customers can see exactly what they are getting. The bar area to the side ( which fits over the drawbar) provides a comfortable place to drink in the shade whilst listening to easy music.

Day to Day Management
With a little preparation, one person can handle this operation, but there is ample space inside for two to work together comfortably. The current owner is happy to give training, advice, recipes and tips.
