COLOURS...

Reluctant
sale - genuine reasons - this one won't last |

|
Colours Unique Gifts is no ordinary gift shop. Upon entering
Colours.... the sweet aromatic fragrance, the striking colours and the
uplifting music will awaken your senses. The ambience coupled with the
friendly service...it's no wonder that "Colours" is renowned
as Whangarei's favourite shop and it has just
been nominated for the Westpac Northland Chamber of Commerce 2003
Business Excellence Awards.
The awards honour businesses that demonstrate outstanding
performance and business excellence. Nominations for "Best Small
Business" can only be made by the general public. Nominations are
an acknowledgement to the high regard in which Colours is
held by its clientele.
Colours offer a unique range of products that make gift buying so
fun and easy. With most products being New Zealand made, they are
delightfully bright, bold and colourful. The superb selection ensures
a gift for everyone and for all occasions. Customers generally end up
walking out of the shop having purchased something for themselves as
well as their intended gift. A Gift Registry is also kept for weddings
and 21st birthdays.

Trading at the
same location for over 14 years, Colours has a well-established and
loyal clientele. Regular customers come from all over Northland with
some clientele coming all the way from Auckland.
After owning Colours for 5 successful years, Lori Henare is
reluctantly selling her business as she is in a hurry to return home
to her children overseas. If she could, she would take the business
with her. Colours is an attractive business with a solid
turnover, good net profit and is being sold at a realistic price. A
single owner-operator with a part-timer or a partnership would suit
this retail shop which is in the centre of Whangarei's shopping precinct.
It would be ideal for anyone wishing to unleash his or her creative
and artistic flair.

Whangarei also has numerous museums, a
world famous clock collection and New Zealand's best collection of
native ferns.
Whangarei is a tourist mecca with
over 500 km of coastal and harbour beaches close to the city.
The Tutukaka Coast east of Whangarei attracts thousands of tourists
each year to dive the "Poor Knights", rated in the top 5
dive spots in the world. And two ships have been sunk nearby to create
new dive areas - the "Tui" off the coast just north of
Tutukaka and the "Waikato" directly out from Ngunguru Spit.
