The business is just 3 streets from the Town Basin and is in a high foot traffic area among cafes, restaurants, retail shops, and Local Government services.

Colours Unique Gifts leases premises (113 square metres) comprising retail area and candle room (87 square metres), mezzanine (16 square metres) and back storage and kitchenette (10 square metres). The building includes a staff toilet. There is plenty of metered parking in front of the shop with a loading zone next to Colours and a large public carpark across the street.

The lease is for 3+3+3 years with one year left on the second term plus one further 3-year right of renewal period.
