Broadway. The retail building (1280 square metres) is constructed of
concrete floor and exterior walls, some wooden flooring, and a corrugated
iron roof. The exterior of the shop has been repainted and sign written
in the new Mitre 10 colours and signage.

The present owners share the daily running of their business with

A complete range of garden supplies, irrigation fittings and
fixtures are available from wall display racks in the general retail
space but near the Garden Shop.
Engraving room:
Kaikohe Mitre 10 has a separate room for engraving. One staff member
has been trained in the engraving
business. When not engraving trophies, the engraver works in the store.

owner of Kaikohe Mitre 10). The lease expires in 2016 and the next renewal

Cafe comprises kitchen and food preparation, servery,
customer seating and two public toilets.

chattels list) include:

staff. One staff person
works the garden centre for five and a half days. Other staff are rostered to
provide 4 staff for Saturdays and 3 staff for Sundays.
Depending on circumstances, the new
owner may wish to change staffing levels to reflect their management
needs.
If required,
the present owners are prepared to assist the new owner for as long as
needed, terms by arrangement.
Stock:
Stock at Valuation will comprise mainly retail goods and
total about $350,000. Stock also includes the trophies
displayed in the engraving room.
Manuals:
Computerised price lists are part of the business sale. There is a
database of main customers.
