heart of Paengaroa Junction. The house was moved onto the site (650
square metres of land) some years ago and re-designed as a rural
tearooms with cottage garden and rear parking area.

The present owners have completely
refurbished the house to provide two dining rooms with all the
ambience that comes from polished wooden floors, open fireplace,
quality antique furnishings and impeccable colour taste. Up to 34
diners can be comfortably seated.

Another 32 can be seated outside on
the lawn at tables with umbrellas or at tables under a roofed area
that offers all weather protection.
A powder room with separate toilet,
highly functional kitchen with pantry and storage area and guest

and Te Puke are central to fresh water fishing, salt water and big
game fishing and hunting.
